What are the drop-off and pick-up times?
In most cases, the delivery will be at least 1 hour prior to your party start time.
Pick-up time will be sometime Between 7 pm - 9 pm.
Do you deliver and set up?
Absolutely! Delivery, set up and pick up are included in our pricing. We will set up each bounce house and make sure that it's clean and in good working condition. Set up takes about 15-20 minutes and requires a 120V circuit with a minimum 15 amp breaker which is standard on most homes. Also, we provide free delivery for any address within 20 miles of zip code 33610. Any address over the 20-mile radius will incur a $1.00 Per Mile fee for every mile, not just the additional Miles.
Also If Over 30 Miles Radius Fees Are Then Added Round Trip.
What are the bounce house rules?
Adult supervision required at all times. No shoes, eyeglasses, food, gum, candy, markers, crayons, pens, toys or drinks. No wrestling or fighting. No Silly String!
What type of surface is needed?
The safest surface is a level grassy area. However, we can set up on concrete, asphalt, or bark. Please specify when ordering in the note section for Grade A which surface your using for us to supply proper equipment.
What do I do in the event of inclement weather?
We know that the weather here can be unpredictable and very harsh at times. We don't want to run the risk of injury to the children or damage to our equipment. So our policy is very simple. (Hopefully, you will try to reschedule and we will do our best to accommodate the request). However, once we deliver and set up the product, no refund is available. There is also a risk in high wind situations.
Although it does not happen often, there are times when we will have to decline setup if we feel it would be unsafe to use the equipment.
Winds in excess of 15 - 20 mph would prevent us from safely anchoring the unit.
Are deposits required?
Yes, Deposits are required. Deposits are nonrefundable. The deposit may be used on future rentals scheduled within 6 months.
Can I get a refund if I cancel my order?
Sorry. The customer assumes the responsibility for the purchase, and no refunds will be issued. (unless extraordinary circumstances arise).
